Established in 1972, Anthony J. Jannetti, Inc. (AJJ) is a health care marketing, communications, publishing, and association management firm with headquarters outside Philadelphia in Pitman, New Jersey. Anthony J. Jannetti is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company. The AJJ company provides a broad spectrum of services to associations and corporate accounts within the health care industry.

AJJ currently provides total central office management services to eight national nursing organizations, including seven individual membership organizations ranging from 1,500 to almost 13,000 members. The company also manages the National Federation for Specialty Nursing Organizations, a coalition of 37 national specialty groups representing over 400,000 members. In addition to these organizations, AJJ provides central office management for five specialty nursing certification boards.

The company oversees convention and exhibit management services for more than a dozen national meetings, and numerous regional meetings. AJJ provides national advertising representation services for 16 major health care publications, and owns and publishes four bimonthly nursing journals, Pediatric Nursing (established in 1975), Nursing Economic$ (established in 1983), Dermatology Nursing (established in 1989), and MEDSURG Nursing (established in 1992).
