We have a state of the art facility staffed by experienced Transcriptionists. All our transcription activities are carried out in a secured environment at a centralized facility to ensure high level of security and confidentiality. We use the latest technology to handle transfer of voice files, transcription files, job assignment, transcription, quality control, monitoring and feedback.

A Windows server with Relational Database Management System is used to host our core system. All our Transcriptionists have Windows 9x client machines and have access to all the word processing software (MS WORD, Word Perfect, Acrobat Reader etc.) and transcription specific software (spell Checker, medical terminology etc.). A sophisticated application retrieves files from our FTP server, assigns jobs to Transcriptionists, assigns QA personnel, monitors individual performance for closed loop feedback and transfers approved transcription files back to the FTP sites for our customers to retrieve.
