Fulfillment/Information Services provides extensive automated services in the areas of membership, meeting registrations, subscriptions, publications, survery analysis, and market research.

F/IS is AJJ's largest department, composed of 1 Vice-President, 1 Circulation/Fulfillment Manager, 1 Information Services Manager, and 8 Fulfillment Coordinators, totaling 11 members in all.

In a joint effort, the F/IS Team produces accurate and reliable information and fulfills all client/member requests within a 48 hour time period.
